NAPOLI have agreed to loan Victor Osimhen to Galatasaray just days after his move to Chelsea collapsed.
The striker was on the brink of a stunning deadline day switch to Stamford Bridge as Chelsea prepared a loan with an obligation to buy.
But Osimhen’s move eventually fell through after the Nigerian was unable to agree contract terms.
The collapse of his talks with Chelsea left Osimhen in limbo, with Saudi suitors Al-Ahli also abandoning their pursuit to complete a £40million deal for Brentford’s Ivan Toney.
New boss Antonio Conte had already signed a replacement in Blues flop Romelu Lukaku.
And all parties burned their bridges when Osimhen was left out of Napoli’s squad list for the new Serie A campaign.

However, it appears the forward will not be left rotting in the reserves until January.
That’s because Turkish champions Galatasaray have made a bold approach to sign Osimhen on loan for the whole season.
Fabrizio Romano claims the Istanbul club have offered to cover the entirety of his massive salary, reported to be around £240,000-a-week.
Napoli have now given the green light to a temporary switch.

And Galatasaray have now sent a delegation to Italy in a bid to convince Osimhen to move to Turkey’s capital.
Should he accept the loan, he will find himself in an impressive squad featuring the likes of Mauro Icardi, Hakim Ziyech and Michy Batshuayi.
Joining Gala will also see Osimhen come up against new Fenerbahce boss Jose Mourinho, with the pair previously meeting during the Special One’s time at Roma.
And an agreement spells bad news for Tottenham too, as they are due to play at Galatasaray in a tough Europa League clash next month.
