WAYNE ROONEY has spilled all in an interview with old team-mate Gary Neville.
Rooney, recently announced as the new manager of Championship side Plymouth, was appearing on The Overlap, brought to you by Sky Bet as Neville asked him 53 quickfire questions.
The 38-year-old revealed how getting on the wrong side of Nemanja Vidic would leave you with “months” of the silent treatment.
But he also opened up on some of the lows of his mostly glittering career, including the most “horrible” point of it.
Asked about the biggest regret of his career, Rooney said: “The red card in the (2006) World Cup was my lowest moment in football.
“That was a difficult one because I remember going in the dressing room and thinking, if we go through, I’m suspended for the semi-final and final if we get there.
