FULHAM have reportedly launched a £30million bid for Fluminense midfielder Andre.
The Cottagers are at risk of losing star man Joao Palhinha this summer.
Palhinha, 28, came close to completing a £61m transfer to Bayern Munich in September.
After travelling to Germany on deadline day, the Portuguese international completed a medical and posed for pictures with a Bayern shirt.
However, the move ultimately collapsed when Fulham failed to sign a replacement.
Bayern have since maintained an interest in signing Palhinha, with Liverpool and Man City also interested.
