OLIVIER GIROUD could be heading stateside.
The former Arsenal and Chelsea striker is reportedly in advanced talks to complete a transfer to the MLS after three seasons with AC Milan.
Giroud, who signed for Milan in 2021, is set to see his current contract with the Serie A outfit expire in the summer.
And according to The Athletic, the 37-year-old is discussing a potential move to Los Angeles FC on the expiration of his deal.
It is said that talks are “advanced” between the two parties, but no agreement is understood to be “imminent” despite the negotiations.
Giroud reportedly has a number of options for his future should he fail to agree a deal with LAFC.
