Marc Guehi deftly put Palace in front after just 10 minutes.

But McNeil turned the match soon after the break.

The winger burst through for a brilliant finish.

Everton proceeded to push for a third strike – but had done more than enough for a pressure-easing victory.

Palace have now picked up just three points from six games.
