SOFYAN AMRABAT agreed to join Manchester United in a stunning deadline day transfer.
The move is on a season-long loan from Fiorentina, with the option to buy for £17.2m at the end of the season.
The Morocco midfielder said upon sealing the move: “It is a huge honour to become a Manchester United player.
“I’ve had to be patient for this moment but I’m someone who always listens to my heart and now I am representing the club of my dreams.
“I am a passionate player; I want to bring that energy to the squad, and I will put everything into every action I take for the team.
“I know exactly how Erik ten Hag likes to work and what he needs from his players. His coaching and guidance developed me so much as a player earlier in my career.”
But the midfield star will have to wait for his United debut.

When can Sofyan Amrabat make his Man Utd debut?
Sofyan Amrabat CANNOT play against Arsenal this afternoon.
This is because his registration for his loan move is yet to be completed, and will have missed Friday afternoon’s midday deadline to play this weekend.
Amrabat is now set to make his United debut on Saturday, September 16 in the home clash against Brighton after the international break.

Amrabat currently does not have a shirt number at United.
The club confirmed new numbers for summer signings and a change for Alejandro Garnacho, but said Amarabat’s one will be announced “in due course”.
United said in a statement: “The squad number of our final deadline-day signing Amrabat will be revealed once his registration is completed following his loan move from Fiorentina.”
The new numbers are:
Amrabat wore No 4 for Morocco at the World Cup last winter, and was No 34 at Fiorentina.
