TOTTENHAM star James Maddison has been cruelly trolled after posting a topless photo with his newborn twins.
The midfielder and his model girlfriend Kennedy Alexa welcomed the birth of Delilah and Rose Maddison on July 2.
Maddison announced the news on social media by posing topless for a picture with the newborns.
In the snap he could be seen holding the babies in either arm and wearing a theatre scrub hat.
Although many fans congratulated the couple, some cruelly shamed Maddison for being topless in the picture.
One wrote: “Why is he posing like he gave birth to them?”

Another harshly added: “Shirt off like he just gave birth.”
A third also commented: “Dads taking newborn baby photos whilst topless will always be funny to me.”
Meanwhile, one more asked: “Why the f**** he got his shirt off?”
However, there is a valid reason why Maddison was topless in the image.

The NHS advises parents to have skin-on-skin contact with their newborn babies, especially in the first few days.
According to their advice, the practice helps babies stay warm and calm as well as steadying their breathing.
It is also seen as a bonding experience for the parents and their babies.
Maddison and Kennedy, who have been together since 2020, also have an 18-month-old son together.
The birth of their twins came just days after Maddison had joined Spurs from Leicester City in a £45million deal last week.
