TOTTENHAM are the latest club to enter the race to sign Kalvin Phillips.
The Manchester City midfielder is being chased by a host of teams ahead of the January transfer window.
Phillips could leave the treble winners as he looks for consistent game time to book his place in England’s squad for Euro 2024.
He has made just one start this season as he continues to struggle following his £45million move from Leeds last summer.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Spurs are now eyeing a deal for Phillips when the window reopens.
He has been identified as a target if Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg leaves the club in the new year.

The report also adds that Juventus are open to a six-month loan deal for Phillips.
Spurs have joined four other Premier League clubs in the hunt to sign the former Leeds man.
Liverpool, Newcastle, Aston Villa and West Ham have all been linked with Phillips in recent weeks.
Meanwhile, his agent has reportedly offered the 27-year-old to Real Madrid ahead of a shocking potential deal.

Phillips could leave City either on loan or permanently in January, provided the club’s £50million price tag is met.
He has made just two league starts since joining City over a year ago and has been limited to 70 minutes of Premier League action this term.
Pep Guardiola handed him his only start in seven appearances in the Carabao Cup loss to Newcastle back in September.
