FRED has agreed personal terms with Galatasaray, according to reports.
The midfielder has emerged as a top target for the Turkish side, who recently signed Wilfred Zaha.
According to Sky Sports, personal terms with Galatasaray are not an issue with both parties already in agreement.
But the two clubs have suffered a disagreement in valuation, which is yet to be resolved.
Fulham are another club linked with Fred, who United are open to allowing to leave this summer.
It is believed Fiorentina’s Sofyan Amrabat is their preferred replacement.
