MANCHESTER UNITED are preparing a bid for Monaco right-back Vanderson, according to reports.
The 21-year-old has impressed since joining the Ligue 1 side in January last year.
He has made 56 appearances for the French outfit, contributing three goals and seven assists.
But Monaco are set to miss out on Champions League football next season.
They sit five points adrift of third-place Lens with just seven games remaining.
And failure to secure a spot in Europe’s premier competition could spell a mass exodus in the summer.

According to RMC Sport, Man Utd are ready to make an offer for the full-back.
Several other unnamed Premier League clubs are also said to be interested in him.
But Monaco do have him tied down to a deal until 2027 – so they hold the cards when it comes to negotiating a transfer fee.
The arrival of Vanderson at Old Trafford would worry both Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Diogo Dalot.

The pair have been fighting it out to be Erik ten Hag’s first-choice right-back this season.
And Wan-Bissaka has got the better of Dalot in recent months, starting 10 of Man Utd’s 15 Premier League games since the World Cup.
But one of them could be axed from the club if the highly-rated Vanderson comes through the door.
