MANCHESTER UNITED youngster Tyler Fletcher has switched his international allegiance back to Scotland.
The 16-year-old, who is the son of ex-United midfielder Darren Fletcher, made his international debut for Scotland’s Under-16’s in September 2022.
He then turned out for England just two months later, but represented Scotland again earlier this year in a match against the Three Lions.
His brother, Jack, was named in the England squad for the February clash meaning the twins came face to face in a battle of Britain.
Tyler returned to the England Under-16’s for the Montaigu Tournament in April, which was won by the Three Lions.
And he has since returned to Scotland for the Under-17 European Championship qualifiers.

The midfielder played against Belarus in Turkey on Saturday as Scotland suffered a 3-1 defeat.
Both Tyler and Jack played for Manchester City’s academy before joining Man Utd this summer.
Fletcher snr, 39, won the Premier League five times in 12 years with the Red Devils.
He also made 80 appearances for Scotland.

The United icon is currently working at the club as technical director.
He was promoted from his position as a first team coach in March 2021.
