DUNCAN FERGUSON’S reaction to being offered a vegan burger has left fans in stitches.
The former Everton star has taken over as manager of Forest Green Rovers.
And in his first media event Ferguson was asked about The Vegans’ meat-free policy alongside eco owner Dale Vince.
Forest Green are an all-vegan football club and Vince offered Ferguson one of their burgers.
The Scot was asked if he has ever had vegan food, and replied awkwardly saying: “I’m looking forward to trying one. I don’t think I have (tried vegan food).
“They look lovely, don’t they? Very nice indeed. I look forward to eating that later!”
