ERLING HAALAND has been ruled out of Manchester City’s clash with Luton with a stress fracture in his foot
The striker has started every Premier League game for City this season but is unavailable for the trip to Kenilworth Road.
That means City are without their top scorer as they bid to end a run of four matches without a win.
Manager Pep Guardiola said before this afternoon’s game: “Bone stress reaction in his foot. After the last game against Aston VIlla, he felt like this and he cannot play.
“I don’t know [if it’s bad]. Week by week, day by day, let’s see what happens.”
Haaland has scored 14 goals in 15 Prem games but failed to find the target in City’s last two matches against Tottenham and Aston Villa.

Julian Alvarez could start further forward in Haaland’s absence while Rodri and Jack Grealish are set to return from suspension.
The pair sat out the 1-0 defeat to Villa on Thursday after racking up five yellow cards.
However, Jeremy Doku remains a doubt after missing the trip to Villa Park through injury.

It is rumoured Haaland, 23, has been carrying a foot injury in recent weeks.
It could rule Haaland out of upcoming games against Red Star Belgrade and Crystal Palace.
City are seven points off league leaders Liverpool, who beat Palace on Saturday.
Pep Guardiola will hope Haaland returns to fitness soon as the Citizens also have the Club World Cup coming up.
