ERIK TEN HAG has called on five Manchester United players to grab more goals – but excluded striker Wout Weghorst.
The Red Devils are targeting a place in the top four and more silverware to add to the Carabao Cup as the season draws to a close.
But they are becoming noticeably reliant on Marcus Rashford for goals, to the concern of their manager.
The England striker has hit the net 27 times in all competitions, putting him 17 goals clear of his next closest teammate.
He also has 25 more goals than January loanee signing Weghorst, who has struggled in front of goal across his 18 Ma Utd appearances.
But the star was absent as ten Hag reeled off the players he wanted to see worry opposition goalkeepers more during his pre-match press conference.

The Dutchman said: “I think we have players like Bruno [Fernandes], like Jadon Sancho, like Anthony Martial, like Scott McTominay, like Antony dos Santos, we have enough players with the capabilities to score goals, definitely.
“What I said previously, I work in the back on next season [for transfers] but we’re working now on this season, so first of all make sure everyone is available and keep improving the way of play and that’s the best chance of scoring more goals.”
Fernandes has 10 goals this season and is the only United player apart from Rashford to be in double figures.
Antony has seven, Martial six, Sancho five and McTominay and Weghorst have two.

McTominay showed off his goal-scoring talent on international duty as he scored four times across two games for Scotland, including his sensational brace against Spain.
Weghorst did not fare as favourably for the Netherlands and was unable to net against Gibraltar – even while defender Nathan Ake scored two.
United fans will be hoping top scorer Rashford is fit for this weekend’s crucial trip against top four rivals Newcastle.
The 25-year-old pulled out of the England squad with injury but is fighting to be ready for the game at St James’ Park.
