That’s while enjoying a beach holiday with footballer boyfriend Loris Karius.
The glamorous Italian beauty, 31, is currently dating the Newcastle and ex-Liverpool goalkeeper, 30.
And the pair are set to welcome their first child together after Diletta announced her pregnancy in March.
The sports presenter appears to be taking it all in her stride several months later.
The blonde bombshell looked happy as Larry as she larked around on a beach holiday with Karius.

The couple have jetted off to the luxurious Spanish island of Ibiza, where temperatures are currently in the high 20s.
Diletta gazed lovingly at Karius as they entered the refreshing blue water for a dip.
And the stopper was ever the gentleman as he held his beloved’s hand as she submerged herself and her baby bump in the sea.
Diletta has recently opened up on the pressure of being in the public eye.

She said: “Sometimes I have the feeling that all eyes are on me, which embarrasses me.
“Annoying looks, raunchy ones. Or the vulgar singing in the stadium, which fortunately has stopped in the meantime.
Diletta also bravely revealed she was subjected to a sickening X-rated comment from a gym teacher during her school years.
Claiming the man slapped her bum, Diletta said: “I didn’t understand what he wanted to tell me, I just didn’t get it.”
