Misfits boxer Swarmz reveals secrets to stunning SIX STONE body transformation and boasts ‘I’m like Popeye now’

RAPPER Swarmz has lost a stunning SIX STONE after swapping a diet of fatty fast food for protein filled meats and greens.

“Now I eat my greens and I’m like Popeye now! I like my spinach.”

Gone are the days of a Big Mac and fries for Swarmz, who now lives off a slither of salmon and vegetables.

The recording artist revealed it was only when he first got under the bright lights that things clicked into place.

He said: “It was the fighting. When I actually got in the ring with KSI it changed me.
