Tracksuit-clad Kai, who has signed to Man United’s academy, shared the photo with his 59,000 Instagram followers as part of a “back to school” campaign.

It was announced last month that the teenager had signed a deal with the sports brand.

The lad is following in the footsteps of his Man United legend dad Wayne on and off the pitch.

Former England skipper Wayne was the face of Nike and starred in the Write The Future ad for the 2010 World Cup alongside fellow stars Cristiano Ronaldo and Didier Drogba.

United’s all-time top scorer, with 253 goals in 559 appearances, was delighted when Kai signed for the club.

And his son netted an impressive 56 times for the under-12s last season where he is teammates with Ronaldo’s son Cristiano Jr.

Kai’s dad said: “He did have other options, other clubs to go to.

“But he decided he wants to sign for Manchester United, so it was his decision and not mine.”
