TOTTENHAM boss Antonio Conte has been slammed by Spurs fans after hauling off Ryan Sessegnon after just 28 minutes.
It was a frustrating day for the North London side, losing 2-0 at home to Wolves.
A pair of Hugo Lloris blunders saw the team suffer a third straight Premier League defeat.
Spurs were two goals down by the time Sessegnon got yanked from the game.
In the sixth minute, Raul Jimenez took advantage of Lloris, who weakly palmed the ball straight to the Mexican striker.
Wolves’ doubled their lead just minutes later when the goalkeeper put Ben Davies under pressure with a poor pass.
Davies gave the ball away and the move ended with Leander Dedoncker putting it into the back of the net.
Conte had seen enough and made a tactical change which saw Sessegnon hooked.

One Twitter user said: “Conte making a public substitution of Sessegnon. This will completely ruin the player’s confidence. Toxic.”
Another said: “Manager-in-his-prime, Antonio Conte publicly substituting young Ryan Sessegnon before half time.
“I hope Gary Lineker and the rest of the English media have a word with him about it.”
A concerned fan claimed: “Getting subbed after 27 minutes has to be one of the most embarrassing thing in football. Tough luck Sessegnon.”
But one supporter of the young full-back stuck up for him.
They said: “Ryan Sessegnon will prove Conte wrong!”
Meanwhile, Tottenham fans continued using chants recently condemned by the club.
