THOMAS TUCHEL has landed ANOTHER FA fine for the aftermath of his spat with Spurs boss Antonio Conte.
But the Chelsea chief avoided a second touchline ban despite accusing ref Anthony Taylor of bias.
Tuchel, 49, has been fined £20,000 for pointing the finger at Taylor after the fiery draw at Stamford Bridge.
He was infuriated at Taylor for missing Spurs defender Cristian Romero’s blatant hair-pull on Marc Cucarella immediately before Harry Kane’s late equaliser.
Chelsea were already angry about a claimed foul by Rodrigo Bentancur on Kai Havertz before Tottenham’s first goal, when they also felt Richarlison should have been flagged offside.
Tuchel clashed with Conte at the final whistle, sparking a melee in an incident that saw both managers sent off.

Conte was fined £15,000 for his part in the incident, with Tuchel fined £35,000 and banned from the touchline for one game, served in the win over Leicester on Saturday.
But Tuchel was hit by a second charge for his post-match interview comments.
Asked if Taylor should not take charge of Chelsea matches again, the German said: “Maybe it would be better.”
Chelsea fans voiced their indignation and asked about those opinions, he added: “I don’t think that just some of the fans think that.

“I can assure you that the whole dressing room of us, every person thinks that.
“Not only the fans. You know the players, they know what’s going on when they are on the pitch. They know it.”
Tuchel admitted the improper conduct charge as the FA argued his comments “implied bias, questioned the integrity of the match referee, and brought the game into disrepute”.
But, as expected, he was only hit in the pocket and warned about his future conduct.
The FA will publish the full written reasons of the independent regulatory commission in the next few days.
