BRIGHTON ace Leandro Trossard has admitted he would love to join former boss Graham Potter at Chelsea.
However, the Belgium ace, 27, is adamant speculation is pointless until an offer comes in.
Potter was appointed Blues boss earlier this month, after the sacking of German coach Thomas Tuchel.
And several of his former players have been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge,
Recent reports suggested the forward was top of the English manager’s wish list.
Trossard isn’t interested in the speculation, but told Het Niuewsblad “I want to go” if Chelsea did make their move when the transfer window opens in January.

“I feel very good. We had a super good start with Brighton,” he said.
“I have evolved tremendously. I now know how Premier League works. I’ve grown tremendously in that. Confidence, mentally, physically, … I have become better.
“I have mastered the tricks now. Our coach did leave for Chelsea now but speculations about me following him make no sense.
“If the opportunity arises, I want to go. But I want to play and not sit on the bench.”

Since arriving at the Seagulls in 2019, Trossard has become one of Brighton’s standout performers.
Last season he managed eight goals in the Premier League, while this campaign he already has two to his name from six starts.
It is believed Chelsea’s American owner Todd Boehly has already pledged to back Potter when the window opens next year with transfer kitty.
