GARY NEVILLE believes Manchester United and Marcus Rashford will BOTH lose out if he quits the club.
The academy product is said to be disappointed by his lack of game time.
And interim boss Ralf Rangnick says Rashford can leave in the summer if he is intent on quitting Old Trafford.
But United legend Neville believes it would be a ‘failure’ to let Rashford leave.
Neville tweeted: “Rashford.
“1. A failure for United’s football department if he leaves.
“2. A very poor look for MR if he can’t get his form right to break into this team.
“3. MR/Team would be naive if they think his off-pitch voice will carry without the MU badge.
“Lose/Lose if he goes. Sort it out!”
Neville continued: “It’s just a proven fact if you play for United you will gain more traction and reach with your voice.

Rashford is one of football’s leading voices in off-pitch campaigns, especially on issues surrounding vulnerable children.
He was made an MBE for his campaign to support vulnerable children and made the UK government perform a U-turn over its free school meals vouchers during lockdown.
The Man Utd ace continues to be an ambassador for FareShare, with the primary objective being to redistribute surplus food to charities that turn it into meals, change lives as well as build and maintain communities.
On the pitch, Rashford, has slipped below Anthony Elanga in the pecking order and has started just two of the last 11 Prem games.
The forward was left on the bench for last Sunday’s 4-1 battering at the hands of rivals Manchester City – despite the absences of Edinson Cavani and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Fellow Man Utd legend Rio Ferdinand was stunned by the news of Rashford’s possible exit.
The former defender admitted it had ‘thrown’ him.
He told Vibe with Five : “That’s thrown me, I’ve got to be honest. If that’s real, I can’t believe it’s real.
“You can only talk like that when you’re playing well. You can only talk like that when you’re putting in performances and banging balls in the back of the net on a consistent basis — and Marcus isn’t doing that right now. He hasn’t played well for a while now.
“He doesn’t look happy at United, I’ve got to be honest. I watch Marcus and I feel like he has got the weight of the world on his shoulders.
“He doesn’t look happy and I don’t know what it is. The Marcus Rashford that came in… that is Man Utd.
“When he blazed through, he came in and you thought ‘oh my God, this is another product off that youth team conveyor belt coming through with energy, with spark, with quality, with class, aggression and a work ethic.’

“Those things I have mentioned just there are not what I am seeing with Marcus right now and I think if he was brutally honest with himself, I think he would admit that he hasn’t been on it.
“I don’t know where that information has come from, but I hope it hasn’t come from Marcus’ camp, because I would be embarrassed if that was my camp if I was I player and wasn’t scoring, which is my job.
“To be looking at his future and assessing his future, especially with the climate that we are in now with Man Utd, with the club struggling, being at a low-ebb, lacking confidence and being called out for how bad they are, to be looking at your future, you have to be playing well before talking like that, I’m sorry.”
