ISSA DIOP has completed his £15m move from West Ham to Fulham.
The Hammers centre back asked boss David Moyes not to be involved in their Premier League opening day 2-0 loss to Manchester City last weekend.
And the Frenchman has now confirmed his switch to the Cottagers.
That ends his four-year spell in east London making 121 appearances for the club.
Fulham were locked in negotiations for Diop for over a month.
Now they have strengthened in an area that also sees them loan Brighton’s Shane Duffy.

Moyes was initially unwilling to let Diop go after the injury to West Ham’s £30m signing from Rennes Nayef Aguerd in pre-season.
However, their hands were forced in this case.
West Ham currently only have one fit central defender at the club in Kurt Zouma with Aguerd not expected to return for several weeks and Craig Dawson missing the City clash.
Angelo Ogbonna missed most of last season with a knee injury.

He is now back in training but not ready for first team action just yet.
Full-back Ben Johnson, 21, will continue to deputise in that position.
Moyes is looking to add further depth to that area and the club are in talks with PSG over Kehrer.
But a deal for the 25-year-old German will not come cheap with Sevilla also keeping tabs on the player’s situation.
