Erling Haaland earning WHOPPING £865,000-A-WEEK at Man City with bonuses.. and that’s not even down to his hat-tricks

MANCHESTER CITY superstar Erling Haaland makes almost £1million PER WEEK at the Etihad – and that’s without his hat-trick cash.

Haaland, 22, has taken the football world by storm ever since his bargain £51m move to City from Borussia Dortmund last summer as he has already bagged a whopping total of 19 goals in 12 matches.

According to the Mail, the star striker appears to be paid accordingly by the reigning Premier League champions who are showering him with £865,000 per week.

It is understood that the Norway international receives a basic salary, which is in line with other high-earning team-mates.

However, a series of substantial bonuses see his weekly wages turn him into probably the best paid player in the Premier League.

That isn’t necessarily down to the 22-year-old’s current goalscoring exploits.

But instead the Norwegian bags that amount because of clauses relating to appearances and other guaranteed bonuses.

Haaland is already breaking records in the English top flight, and most recently made history on Sunday.

The ex-Red Bull Salzburg star became the first player in Premier League history to score a hat-trick in three consecutive home games.

The star forward scored three times against rivals Manchester United and led City to a 6-3 triumph at the Etihad.

Haaland also helped the Citizens destroy Copenhagen 5-0 at home on Wednesday in the Champions League.

The centre-forward scored twice and was then replaced at half-time as City manager Pep Guardiola wants him fresh for Saturday’s clash with Southampton.
