Brighton 1 Leeds 0: Pascal Gross scores again for Seagulls as Graham Potter’s side maintain unbeaten start to season

BRIGHTON have maintained their stunning start to the Premier League season by beating Leeds 1-0 at the Amex Stadium.

German midfielder Pascal Gross scored the only goal of the game in the 66th minute to take his tally to three for the campaign.

The 31-year-old swept home into the bottom corner after being picked out by Leandro Trossard.

Brighton were fully deserving of their three points as they outclassed the Whites down on the south coast.

Jesse Marsch will be disappointed by the performance of the Yorkshire outfit who looked a different team to the side that dispatched Chelsea 3-0 last week.

But despite suffering their first defeat of the new term, they remain fifth in the table.
