Arsenal vs Leicester: Date, live stream, TV channel, kick-off, team news as Arsenal hunt the Foxes

ARSENAL play host to Leicester City this Sunday, in a Premier League clash that sees the Gunners fighting for the top four.

Leicester are usually in and around the hunt for a top four spot in recent seasons, but this year have seen a dip in form, and currently sit in twelfth place in the Premier League.

The Gunners have really turned a corner under Mikel Arteta, and have been sublime in their past four games, which have all been wins.

They have a host of young talents such as Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Martin Odegaard, who have been impeccable behind experienced number nine – Alexandre Lacazette.

The Foxes, however, are always a tough challenge for any team, and on their day can be a stunning team to watch.

Their twelfth place standing this season is somewhat misleading, as they have three games in hand on most teams above them, which if they won all three, could see them as high as ninth.

What is the team news?

Emile Smith Rowe is expected to be back in the mix for The Gunners, after battling COVID-19, but Takehiro Tomiyasu remains a doubt with a calf problem.

As for Leicester, Jamie Vardy has picked up a fresh knee injury and will not be available for the Emirates trip, which is a shame as he is normally prolific against them.
