TYSON FURY and Dillian Whyte’s heavyweight clash looks all set to go ahead after the duo returned negative drug samples in their latest round of tests.
The battle of Britain encounter for the WBC heavyweight title at Wembley Stadium is scheduled for April 23.

Whyte was also negative for banned substances following the tests Credit: PA As part of the WBC’s “Clean boxing programme”, testing took place on March 21, just over a month before the showdown.
And both samples came back as negative for banned substances.
The tests were carried out by VADA, the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association, on behalf of the WBC.
They were the second round of samples collected from the pair in anticipation of their meeting.

Fury’s promoter Frank Warren has confirmed the ring walks for the mouthwatering clash at Wembley are set for around 10pm UK time.
The encounter is set to be watched by a record British crowd of 94,000, eclipsing the current record of 90,000 set by Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko back in 2017.
It will be Fury’s first fight in the UK since clashes with Sefer Seferi in Manchester and then Francesco Pianeta in Belfast back in 2018.
