ANDY RUIZ JR will be back in action this summer.
The former unified heavyweight champion will return to the ring on July 16 against kickboxing legend Tyrone Spong in the main event of Triller Fight Club’s latest boxing event.

How Ruiz Jr and Spong stack up ahead of their July showdown Credit: SUNSPORT Ruiz Jr and Spong will lock horns in front of a packed crowd at the iconic Plaza de toros Calafia in Mexico.
Ruiz Jr – who spectacularly dethroned Anthony Joshua in the summer of 2019 to become Mexico’s first heavyweight champion – will be hoping to use the fight as a warm-up for a showdown with one of the division’s elite.
Spong, meanwhile, will be hoping to catapult himself into the title mix with a shock win over The Destroyer.
