MANCHESTER UNITED legend Patrice Evra mocked Liam Gallagher by dressing up as him following Manchester City’s Champions League final defeat to Chelsea.
The newly-crowned European champions beat Man City 1-0 to lift the Champions League trophy in Porto on Saturday night.
The former Oasis frontman travelled to Portugal to watch the final but was left disappointed as Pep Guardiola’s men came away empty handed.
And Evra took full advantage of Man City’s loss by putting on a Gallagher-esque wig and sunglasses before goading him with a Twitter video.
In it he had Oasis hit Wonderwall playing and said: “Liam, where are you? Do you remember when you were laughing at me when United lost? Now it’s your turn.
“Don’t be jealous, I just want to share. This is a special Monday for you Liam!
“And stop saying Manchester is blue. I’ve got more trophies than your entire club.”
This sent social media users into meltdown as they lapped up the retired Red Devils’ clip.
One said: “This man kills me, the energy is amazing. Never stop Pat, please never stop. Love this game.”
And another added: “Couldn’t love this man any more.”

Chelsea’s social media team also got involved in gently poking fun at Gallagher.
On the morning of the game, the rockstar tweeted: “Porto, put the kettle on.”
And the person in charge of Chelsea’s Twitter accounts could not resist a little dig at Gallagher on Monday afternoon.
The Blues responded to Gallagher’s tweet with a post of a tea emoji alongside a photo of Cesar Azpilicueta casually drinking a cup.
The jovial jibe at the famous Man City fan went down a storm among supporters of the London club.
Changing the words to Wonderwall, one fan said: “And after allllllll, Pep’s a massive fraaaauuuuddd.”
Another added a picture of Gallagher at the game and said: “I said mayyyybe, we’re gonna lose to Chelseeeaaaaa.”
