  • HONOURABLE MENTIONS

A special mention must be go MK Dons, as the League One side conceded in the 94th minute against Burnley, and then lost on penalties to the Premier League side.

Championship side Rotherham also forced extra time against Everton, but were eventually beaten 2-1.

Bristol Rovers also put in a spirited performance, but came out on the wrong side of a 3-2 scoreline against Sheffield United.

That’s Chris Wilder’s first side’s first competitive win since July.
