Mike Tyson disagrees with Floyd Mayweather over Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley and insists YouTuber is worthy winner

MIKE TYSON has rubbished Floyd Mayweather’s claim that Tyron Woodley beat Jake Paul in their fight last weekend.

And Tyson believes the YouTube sensation – who moved to 4-0 as a professional following the victory – deserved to have his hand raised.

Speaking to TMZ, he said: “Jake Paul won. I love Jake Paul. Tyron Woodley did his best.”

It comes after Woodley claimed Mayweather – who trained the MMA man in the lead-up to the clash – told him he won the fight.

The former UFC champion said: “He [Mayweather] did feel like I won the fight.

“He said, ‘You know, I told you that he [Jake Paul] was going to be kind of scared of you. You’ve been there before’.

“He said, ‘He ain’t been hit with no s**t yet. We’re gonna see how he responds’.

“He said, ‘You’ve been hit with four-ounce gloves, and you can take it. Let’s see how he deals with that’.”

Woodley began campaigning for a rematch seconds after the result of his professional boxing debut was read out.

But Paul also has some other potential opponents including Tyson Fury’s brother Tommy, who won his bout on the undercard of the main event.

Tommy, who is 7-0, called on Paul to take the fight after he beat American Anthony Taylor by unanimous decision.

Jake Paul’s boxing ‘hit-list’

He said: “Looking at that, Jake Paul, you should have an easy night mate, shouldn’t you?

“There’s no excuses now. You’ve seen everybody, I’ve had the biggest cheer in the place.

“There’s no excuses, no running, no hiding. I want you next, you bum. Let’s get it on.”
