THIS was the awkward moment an embarrassed fan tried to distance himself from a woman he had just been caught snogging on “Kiss Cam” at a football match.
The head-scratching scene was captured at half-time of Barcelona SC’s match against Delfin in Ecuador last weekend.

They end up sitting in stony silence
Kissing passionately, the couple look to be enjoying each other’s company.
But that quickly changes when they realise they are being filmed, with their smooch played out for all to see.
The man removes his arm from around his lady and shifts uncomfortably in the seat next to her before leaning forward with a face of thunder.
A number of South American newspapers assumed the man had been caught cheating on his real girlfriend.
However, there was no proof of this and it remains speculation.
One fan made a VAR joke about the scene
The two people became the butt of online jokes
That did not stop Mexican paper Record from saying: “If you’re thinking of cheating on your other half, a football match in a stadium with thousands of people in the stands and millions more watching on TV would be the last place you’d go… unless you’re this nice Barcelona SC fan in Ecuador.”
One social media user joked: “The good thing is no one is interested and nobody saw the Barcelona-Delfin match.”
Amazingly, it could have been worse though.
Earlier this month an ice hockey fan humiliated his girlfriend with a brutal fake proposal prank while on the arena’s ‘Kiss Cam’ – leaving her furious.
The man got down on one knee, with his girlfriend clutching her mouth in stunned excitement.
But as he reached down, all the while fishing around his pockets, he instead ties his shoelaces and takes his place back at his seat.
His fuming partner then throws her hands in the air in exasperation, before quickly disappearing out of shot.
