Vincent Kompany’s shock after dad is sent death threat and vile note calling him ‘dirty w**’ in suspected Anthrax attack

VINCENT KOMPANY was shocked to learn of a vile racist death threat sent to his father alongside a substance initially feared to be Anthrax.

A handwritten letter smeared in faeces was delivered to the 72-year-old on Tuesday and it read: “This is the last day of your life, you dirty w*g. But first lick this s**t.”

The Manchester City legend’s dad Pierre had to call in police and decontamination experts when suspicious white powder was found in the package.

Also inside was a letter bearing a photo of Kompany Sr with a bullet wound drawn on his face.

Pierre became Belgium’s first black mayor when he was elected in Ganshoren two years ago.

And having opened the package, Kompany and three staff at the town hall, in north-west Brussels, were placed under quarantine for several hours with police fearing an Anthrax attack.

The four were made to shower and change into safety suits before the powder was sent for analysis.

After the ordeal, the Congo-born mayor tweeted an image of the disgusting mail alongside the caption: “I have made a complaint to state prosecutors about the package I received.

“I urge everyone to live together in peace at all times. Humanity should win through.

“I want to reassure the people of Ganshoren. The legal process is under way, and everyone is safe.”

Vincent Kompany, 33, is back in Brussels, as player-coach of his boyhood club Anderlecht having ended his trophy-laden City career last summer.
