Juan Foyth and Erik Lamela are minor doubts after missing the action over the weekend, however fitness depending, they could feature on Wednesday.
RB Leipzig have been in outstanding form this season, as they sit one point adrift of Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich.
However, they will have to shuffle the pack as they are dealing with a number of absentees.
Dayot Upamencano will miss the first leg through suspension, having been instrumental in RB Leipzig’s 2019/2020 campaign and has been on Arsenal and Manchester City’s radar.
Tyler Adams, Kevin Kampl, Ibrahima Konate and Will Orban will also be unavailable for the game.
