Keeping a gap of two metres has been described as one of the most effective methods to tackle the outbreak of Covid-19.
According to experts, this practice will help to slow down the spread of the deadly coronavirus bug.
Spurs and all other football clubs have been placed on lockdown along with the rest of the country in order to try and halt the infection rate escalating, with footballers told to train at home and alone.
However, a passerby shared an image online of the 23-year-old Colombian international and English ace, 19, running alongside each other near to Hadley Common in North London.
A spokesman for Tottenham said: “All of our players have been reminded to respect social distancing when exercising outdoors.
“We shall continue to reinforce this message.”
It comes as the pandemic has affected thousands of people across the globe – with cases in 183 countries.
And in the UK alone, the death toll has now broken the 6,000-barrier after 758 deaths were recorded in England alone on Monday on the deadliest day so far.
NHS England confirmed the latest victims were aged between 23 and 102 – with the 23-year-old having no underlying health conditions.

Meanwhile Wayne Rooney was told off by police for breaking the coronavirus lockdown with repeat offender Kyle Walker.
The former Man Utd and England captain, 34, was collared for breaking social distancing rules with the Manchester City full-back.
The pair, who are next-door neighbours, were enjoying an early evening stroll with their families on Friday when they bumped into each other.
A female cop, who was nearby on another call, pounced and gave them a telling off before ordering them to go home separately.
A source said Rooney had taken two of his four kids to Prestbury golf course for a walk.
England defender Walker, 29, was also walking the course with his model ex, Annie Kilner, 27, and their three young children.
Lockdown rules allow people to go out for exercise once a day, but not to meet friends.

That followed on from Jack Grealish’s apology after he was also caught out going against government advice.
The Aston Villa captain, 24, took to Twitter to beg forgiveness after ignoring his own advice to stay indoors as he “stupidly agreed” to attend an all-night party.
But it failed to prevent furious Villa chiefs from publicly blasting their skipper and hitting him with a £100,000 fine.
He has also earned the contempt of the nation who are battling coronavirus — and jeopardised a potential England call-up.
West Midlands Police were called to the Dickens Heath area of Solihull before 10am on Sunday after reports that a Range Rover had crashed into parked cars in the street.
The Sun published images of a damaged white Range Rover and a confused-looking Grealish in a bright blue hoodie, shorts, one slipper and a flip flop.
