ETHAN AMPADU is among nine RB Leipzig stars chastised by the club’s head of sport Ralf Rangnick for getting their hair cut.
The former coach, who currently oversees Red Bull’s growing sporting enterprise, was left fuming by the team’s Bundesliga loss at Frankfurt on Saturday.

The 2-0 defeat followed an evening of luxury treatment from British barber Sheldon Edwards and his business HD Cutz.
For Rangnick, the decision to fly in the celebrity stylist from London on the eve of a Bundesliga clash was “decadent”.
Sportbuzzer quote the 61-year-old as saying: “I would have bet 100,000 euros that our players would not have let a star hairdresser from England fly in to have their hair done in the hotel.
“I would have lost that 100,000 euros.
“The 2-0 defeat was annoying enough, the barber story stunned me.
“It is decadent.”
Pictures of the players’ fresh trims were posted on social media on Friday night with Ampadu joined by Dayot Upamecano, Ademola Lookman, Patrik Shick, Amadou Haidara, Ibrahima Konate, Yussuf Poulsen, Tyler Adams and Christopher Nkunku.
Ranginck’s comments echo the criticism aimed at England international Jadon Sancho after he enjoyed a ‘golden steak’ by internet sensation Salt Bae during Bundesliga’s winter break.
That trip to Dubai was described by newspaper Bild as “ruining his reputation” and referenced in Rangnick’s criticism of Leipzig’s players.
He stated that “the path to a golden steak is not far away” – although Malian youngster Haidara enjoyed such a feast only three weeks ago.
Still top of Bundesliga, Die Roten Bullen saw their lead over a resurgent Bayern Munich cut to a single point on the weekend.
They now face a fortnight of mega match-ups, welcoming thid-placed Borussia Monchengladbach to Saxony on Saturday before heading to Munich the week after.
