PSG in talks to sign Dele Alli on loan transfer with option to buy with ‘Tottenham chief Levy considering accepting’


PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN are ready to offer Dele Alli a Tottenham escape route on a season-long loan, according to reports.

The French giants will then look to make his move a permanent one with Jose Mourinho open to letting the England star leave.

Alli looks braced to leave the North London outfit after being banished from the matchday squad for their last two league matches.

The 24-year-old was apparently left confused and upset by his treatment and is considering leaving the club.

According to RMC Sport, PSG are ready to make their move with Tottenham chief Daniel Levy ‘considering accepting.’

The two clubs have a prior history in the market, with PSG having sold Lucas Moura, 28, and Serge Aurier, 27, to Spurs in recent years.

And The Telegraph add the Ligue 1 champions firmly believe Alli has his heart set on a move to the French capital.

They are said to be ‘increasingly confident’ that a deal can be agreed with Tottenham before the transfer window closes on October 5.

A loan could be also be benficial for Spurs in the hope Alli can recapture his best form.

When quizzed on Alli’s absence from the team, Mourinho responded: “There are others waiting for the same minutes.

“It is an internal fight, fight between friends. Everyone will get chances to play.”

And when asked whether Alli will still be a Tottenham player beyond the transfer window, Mourinho responded: “I believe so.”
