Over 30,000 cases have now been confirmed there, with 2,503 having been killed by the bug.
But while the Callejon family have stuck strictly to government guidelines, Marta is furious with those that haven’t.
She ranted on her Insta story: “It is scandalous to me that my family have been at home for a week, my daughters can’t wait to take in the sun and run in the park.
“I leave the house for half an hour just to go shopping, but I see older people who walk around as if nothing is happening.
“We do it for you and you don’t give a s***.”
Marta posted the scathing remarks to her 64,000 followers – stirring much debate in Italy.
Callejon is a high-profile player there, having signed for Napoli from Real Madrid back in 2013.
The 33-year-old subsequently returned to Spain to wed Marta in June 2015, with the couple now living together in Naples with their young family.

The Spanish international hasn’t played since February, however, with Serie A the first major European league to have been hit by Covid-19.
Matches in Italy were being postponed or played behind closed doors for a fortnight before the pandemic hit many other competitions – including the Premier League last week.
Domestic football is currently suspended until April 4, however this date appears to simply be a placeholder – with the sport set to be on hold for a lot longer than that.
