MANCHESTER UNITED are gearing up for a hostile reception from Liverpool fans on Sunday.
A Kop supporters’ social media site with 77,000 followers has been promoting what they call a “coach greeting” for the bus as it approaches Anfield.

It is telling fans to “let them know we mean business” by lining the streets two hours before the 4.30pm kick-off.
The posting is a sinister reminder of the treatment suffered by Manchester City before their Champions League quarter-final first leg in April 2018.
The City coach was lead through a corridor of hatred with fans breaking the coach windows as it was hit with beer bottles, cans and flares.
The roof of the coach was burned with a flare that was thrown at the bus and the vehicle was rendered unfit for use afterwards.
Now the popular Instagram account which calls itself “officialliverpoolfans” is urging supporters to bring “pints pyros and flags”.
The incendiary posting which the sites followers are being urged to spread further afield reads: “We are going for our first title in 30 years.
“Man Utd will want to stop us more than anyone else so we need to set the tone for the day and let them know we mean business.
“We all know how much these bus welcomes help. Bring pints, pyros and flags and let’s show our arch rivals what this means!”
The bus “welcome” certainly shook City and Pep Guardiola was furious as he finally alighted from the vehicle once inside Anfield and made his feelings known to a steward.
City lost the game 3-0 at Anfield and the return 2-1. After the game at Anfield, Guardiola said: “Normally when the police know it is going to happen, they tried to avoid it from happening.”
Not a single arrest was made despite a number of social media postings of the incident.
This included a video from inside the City bus where objects can be clearly heard hitting the vehicle and the driver needing to use his wipers to see as the front windscreen was pelted.
Merseyside police said after investigating footage they had exhausted their lines of enquiry and were disappointed nobody had been brought to justice.
City needed to hire another bus to take them home to Manchester from Liverpool due to the damage done.
Uefa fined Liverpool £17,500 for the incident.
