With Liverpool leading 2-1 at Goodison Park just before 80 minutes, the BT Sport cameras panned over the the visitor’s bench.

And behind Jurgen Klopp, his No3 stopper Kelleher looked to have been asleep.

Some fans joked it was because Adrian – who conceded SEVEN against Aston Villa in his last game – was still managing to get selected over him.

One said: “Saw him asleep on the bench like a t**t. Joker. Embarrassing.”

Another said: “That’s what happens to a guy who can’t get in over Adrian.”

One added: “That explains why he is at the bench!”

The points were shared in the derby, but Liverpool were denied a late winner as Sadio Mane was judged to be ever so slightly offside.

Jordan Pickford also escaped a sending off in the first half following a collision with Virgil van Dijk in the Everton penalty box.

The England keeper dived at the feet of Van Dijk, taking out the defender.

But even after a VAR check, Pickford escaped without conceding a spot kick or sending off as Van Dijk was offside.

Mane opened the scoring after three minutes, but Michael Keane equalised soon after.

Mohamed Salah put Liverpool back in the lead at 2-1 on the 72nd minute, only for in-form striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin to make it 2-2 inside the final ten minutes.
