LIVERPOOL’S victory over Crystal Palace has seen boss Jurgen Klopp overtake Rafael Benitez as the Reds boss with the most Premier League wins.
The champions battered another former boss, Roy Hodgson, 7-0 at Selhurst Park, with the likes of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah running riot in South London.

And the triumph was Klopp’s 127th in the league since arriving at Anfield in October 2015, taking just 196 outings to reach the milestone.
The first came on October 31, 2015, when a Philippe Coutinho brace and a Christian Benteke strike fired the Reds to a 3-1 triumph against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
And the 114th, which came in the form of a 4-0 trouncing of Palace back in June, clinched Liverpool’s first league title in 30 years, courtesy of Chelsea’s victory over Manchester City the next day.
Benitez, 60, managed 126 wins between 2004 and 2010 – taking 228 matches to do so.
The late Gerard Houllier, who sadly passed away this week, also managed 228 Prem games with the Reds, gathering 112 wins.
Roy Evans is a distant fourth with 87 triumphs from 184 matches, while Brendan Rodgers won 63 of 122.
Klopp’s milestone wasn’t the only record smashed by the Reds this afternoon.
As per Richard Jolly, Liverpool became the first team ever to score and concede seven goals in individual Premier League games within the same season.

The seven-goal haul was also the first time in the Eagles’ history that they have conceded that sum in a single match.
And each goal was assisted by a different Reds player, the first time in Premier League history that there have been seven different providers in a single game.
Among those assisters was Andrew Robertson, his 28th since August 2018, with no player in the league having laid on more.
Mo Salah bagged a brace and set up another from the bench, becoming the first substitute to ever contribute to three goals in a Premier League match.
