DAVID BECKHAM’S Inter Miami have changed their club crest to promote social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.
The old logo featured two herons with their legs intertwined, but even they now appear to be adhering to guidelines on keeping their distance after being made to separate in the new badge.

Coronavirus’ spread around the world has totally decimated the sporting calendar.
Premier League football is on hold until April 30 at the very earliest, with the MLS suspended indefinitely.
A host of other events have been cancelled or postponed, including Euro 2020 and the Tokyo Olympics.
Inter Miami deserve applause for doing their bit to make people more aware of how important it is keep apart.
Chris Allan, the team’s vice president of community engagement, said: “COVID-19 has stopped the world in its tracks and as a result it has never been more important to heed the advice and direction of the authorities to stand for unity and participation in social distancing.
“Inter Miami CF wants to leverage the reach of our club, players and ownership group to amplify and share this message with those who follow us in South Florida and around the world.”

Inter Miami were scheduled to play their long-awaited home debut on March 14 against the Los Angeles Galaxy when the season was suspended.
England, Manchester United and Real Madrid legend Beckham, 44, also pleaded with fans to keep their distance on his Instagram profile.
He posted a selfie holding up a sign that showed he was staying indoors for the good of his family.
