Can I get a refund on my BT Sport subscription?
Yes. BT Sport is offering two months’ credit on existing subscriptions for April and May.
Unlike Sky Sports, which has allowed customers to pause subscriptions, BT will be offering a refund for those that get in touch.
All users have to do is go online to the BT website where you’ll be offered three options at the click of a button.
- Support NHS staff and volunteers in the fight against coronavirus
- Get two months’ BT Sport credit taken off your bill
- Get three months’ BT Sport free when you switch your TV package
For option one, you simply need to fill out this form requesting two months’ credit goes to the NHS.
This process is similar for option two, but you will instead need to fill out this form for a full refund.
For option three, log in to your account and progress your order on the site. You will need to pay £10 per month for a BT TV Entertainment package on a 24-month contract, with three months’ BT Sport for free.
