PREMIER League football clubs have been accused of foul play for charging fans up to £30 to personalise replica shirts.
While some established top-flight clubs including Chelsea and Southampton are among the cheapest, new boys Norwich City are charging the most. That is despite being promoted only last summer.
With some club shirts costing up to £65, it means fans could end up paying around £90 for a replica that includes a name, number and Premier League badge on the sleeve.
Campaigners have accused the clubs of being greedy. Former Lib Dem leader Tim Farron said it was “yet another classic example of loyal fans being fleeced”.

With the campaign over the halfway point, many clubs have or will plan to reduce the prices in a bid to sell unwanted stock.
