Cherki does not turn 17 until August but his exploits for the French side have already caught the attention of the European quartet, according to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato.
The youngster has already racked up 12 first team appearances for the Ligue 1 outift.
And he has managed three goals and two assists in that time in the French Cup.
The right-footed winger has also scored five from four appearances in the Uefa Youth League this campaign.
At 16 years and 140 days old, Cherki became the youngest player in Lyon’s history to score in an official competition.
And the second youngest to make his Champions League debut 38 days before.
Cherki is not the only Lyon star Juve are interested in.
The Serie A champs have reportedly identified Houssem Aouar as an alternative to Paul Pogba.
It is claimed Juventus have lined up 21-year-old Aouar as a back-up option if they fail to land the United midfielder.
Chelsea have also been linked with a £43million move for the Frenchman following his impressive spell of form.
