A BRAZILIAN model has lifted the lid on Mario Balotelli’s romantic side.

But his love life is in the news at the moment, with reported ex Dayane Mello having spilled the beans on Super Mario’s romantic nature while appearing on Italy’s version of Big Brother.
The model, 31, said: “He and I in ten years, we found each other in many moments.
“When I arrived in Italy I was very young, and I was disillusioned with love. I didn’t want a relationship. We broke up.
“He went to Manchester and I stayed in Italy. We were dating three months earlier than his departure for Manchester.
“Then we met again when I broke up with Stefano (Sala), my daughter’s father.
“Every year at some point in my life we have seen each other. Friends. But even just to have a chat, without anything happening.
“But he is a very special boy, I loved him so much and I think I love him. It’s not a love story, it’s something you don’t live in. “
And Dayane, who appeared on the show alongside Balotelli’s brother Enock, added: “Has Balotelli done so many beautiful things for me?
“He made me find a hundred red roses in the car and took a restaurant just for us, with the table in the middle of the restaurant, just the two of us.
“We had dinner, we had met three-four times. The roses I found in the car when we got back. He is very romantic.”
Balotelli recently made a sick joke at Dayane’s expense, when he was invited onto the show as a special guest to visit his brother.
Having denied the housemate’s claims that they were previously an item, Balotelli was told by the host: “Dayane wanted you in the house.”
To which he replied, shocking viewers: “Yes, but then she’d go ‘stop, stop, it hurts'”
The striker later apologised on Instagram, writing: “Girls, I apologise if anyone felt offended! I know Dayane well and we have a way of talking that might seem vulgar, but I care for her a great deal!
“So enough of this feminist or misogynist, I apologise for anyone who felt offended, but if you don’t know the rapport between people before judging, then get some information first!
“I have two mothers, three sisters and one daughter, so women are my life, stop speculating on things you don’t know about! I love you all, goodnight.”

And Dayane has addressed the situation.
She said: “I don’t understand many things in Italian.
“The women said it was bad, but I don’t even remember it well. I know it wasn’t a very nice thing.
“Why am I aggressive? I do not know. I wish I knew too. I think it’s character and maybe my life.
“Disappointments in love, I protect myself. I don’t want anyone to come near me and not give me love. That makes me feel important, special, that enhances how I am made.”
Balotelli, 30, is now with another reality TV star, however, having recently gotten engaged with Alessia Messina after having reportedly only been together for a month.
Italian magazine Chi quotes Mario as saying in September: “I am engaged, and I am in love.”
