AUGSBURG boss Heiko Herrlich will miss his side’s return to Bundesliga action after breaking Germany’s lockdown rules to buy TOOTHPASTE.
His side take on Wolfsburg on Saturday but will have to do without their head coach.

Heiko Herrlich will miss the return of the Bundesliga after breaking lockdown rules to buy toothpaste
Herrlich left his hotel to go to a supermarket to buy toothpaste – in breach of the strict rules set in place by German Football League (DFL) and Bundesliga bosses.
German football chiefs allowed the season to restart on May 16, following a comprehensive round of coronavirus tests for players and staff.
The return to the pitch was also dependent on players and staff adhering to rules laid out by bosses – including teams remaining in quarantine at all times.
But after leaving his hotel to get toothpaste, Herrlich will now miss Friday’s training session and Saturday’s eagerly-anticipated match against Wolfsburg.
‘BIG MISTAKE’
Herrlich, 48, had earlier confessed: “I have no toothpaste and then I went to a supermarket.”
And in a statement, Herrlich added: “I made a mistake by leaving the hotel.
“Even though I have followed all hygiene measures both when leaving the hotel and otherwise, I cannot undo this.
“In this situation, I was not able to act as a role model for my team and the public.
“I will therefore be consistent and stand by my mistake.
“Because of this misconduct, I will not be leading the training [on Friday] and will not be in charge of the team against Wolfsburg on Saturday.”

Herrlich will now only be allowed to return to the training pitch after two negative tests for coronavirus.
And Augsburg will need their boss too, with the club 14th in the Bundesliga, just three places and five points above the relegation zone.
Meanwhile, the Premier League are hoping to get underway on June 12, with a Friday Night Football clash between Manchester United and Tottenham live on TV.
