Watch legendary boxing MC Jimmy Lennon Jr ‘jump out of his skin’ as Wilder screams ‘Bombzquad’ behind him at Tyson Fury

DEONTAY WILDER scared boxing MC Jimmy Lennon Jr ” to death” – with a woeful attempt to put the frighteners up rematch rival Tyson Fury.

WBC heavyweight king Wilder screamed his “Bombzquad!” battlecry behind Lennon and Fury at a press conference – but with the opposite result to what he had hoped for.

Lennon jumped and looked round, saying “Scared me to death” while a grinning Fury never flinched.

Ring announcer Lennon reassured fellow Yank Wilder he was “OK”.

And while Wilder looked sheepish, Brit Fury looked gleeful, as he strode over to grab the mic and joke: “Excuse me, there seems to be a pussy in the building. Can someone call me the Bombzquad company.”

As the Gypsy King prepares to face the Bronze Bomber at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on February 22, he was dressed much the more flamboyantly, a brash patterned suit and backwards-pointing green baseball cap comparing to the American’s smart all black look.

But Wilder showed the greater flair with his verbal offerings, unleashing a seven-minute speech and trousering the best line of the night.

The Alabama power-hitter said of Fury: “He goes around talking he has the lineal title, something that is make-believe and fake.

“He has no belt except the one that holds his pants up now. That’s the only thing he has.”

And even if Lennon was the accidental victim this time of a Wilder blast, the American still believes his stopping power will make the difference when he re-enters the ring with Fury.

Wilder’s 43 fights include 42 wins, 41 by knockout, and he still floored Fury twice when  many thought he was lucky to escape with a draw against the Manchester stylist in December 2018.

Indeed, Wilder’s “Bombzsquad” roar came, he says, from his own boxing team, so awed were they by his procession of KOs.

Tyson Fury says he is ‘masturbating’ seven times a day ahead of Wilder rematch
