MIKE TYSON’S former Maryland mansion is up for sale with his ex-wife Monica Turner putting the seven-bedroom home on the market for £7million.
The duo bought the stunning Bethesda property in 1995 and lived there into the 2000s until the two divorced after Turner claimed the boxing legend committed adultery.
And Turner won the house in the divorce settlement that was finalised in 2003, with the doctor since expanding the mansion over the years.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Turner now wants to sell the residence as her youngest child has just graduated college and she doesn’t need so much space.
Situated 30 minute outside of Washington DC, the luxury house is a whopping 19,000 square feet.
As well as seven bedrooms, the property is also home to a large gym, game room, swimming pool, sports court and a piano room.
It also overlooks the Congressional Country Club golf course, which has hosted several US Open tournaments.
Turner has previously said her two children Amir and Rayna once cheered on Tiger Woods as they watched on from their house.

She added: “They would be yelling, ‘Go Tiger, Go’”.
The house was also home to a white pet tiger called Kenya.
Turner once told how she and Tyson lost the cub before finding it in their neighbour’s garden.
Turner recalled: “The neighbour yelled over, ‘I think you may have lost your dog’”.
The boxing legend has been married three times, first to Robin Givens between 1988-1989, then to Turner, before tying the knot with Lakiha Spicer in 2009 – 12 days after the death of his four-year-old daughter Exodus’ death.
Tyson – who is believed to have raked in a mind-blowing £557million throughout his illustrious career – is planning a comeback to the ring 15 years after returning.
Aiming to compete in exhibition bouts, the former heavyweight world champion is in talks to face Evander Holyfield in a trilogy bout.
And Shannon Briggs has insisted he is in negotiations to face the Baddest Man On The Planet in a charity clash.
Fans have been left in awe of the speed of Iron Mike who has posted clips of himself back in the gym training and displaying his iconic ferocity.
