KHABIB NURMAGOMEDOV has agreed to box Floyd Mayweather – but only if the ring legend competes in one round of MMA.
Nurmagomedov was called out by the retired 42-year-old boxing legend after a mocked up poster of the pair was posted online.

Mayweather also appeared to confirm his interest in a rematch with Conor McGregor, who he beat in a 2017 money-spinning boxing bout.
Nurmagomedov has his own business to settle with The Notorious, but only after he defends his UFC lightweight title against Tony Ferguson in April.
But the Russian’s father Abdulmanap threw a spanner in the works as he claimed the unbeaten Russian could fight Mayweather after Ferguson – in a modified fight with 11 rounds of boxing and one round of MMA.
Nurmagomedov will also seek the training of Vasiliy Lomachenko’s dad and trainer Anatoly as well as heavyweight icon Mike Tyson.

Abdulmanap told TACC: “Mayweather has statistics on fights of 50 wins and zero losses, he is the greatest in boxing.
“He wants to fight with the same champion who did not lose a single fight, Khabib, everything is fine, but now we have Tony Ferguson on the line.
“We said a long time ago: let us finish with Tony, after that we will work with the team of Ukrainian boxer Vasily Lomachenko for six months, then there will be a boxing fight.
“We offer any day anywhere, with only one condition – 11 rounds in boxing and one in mixed martial arts.
“We will stand 11 rounds against the best boxer, so why not go one round according to the rules of MMA with us? But all things will happen after Tony.”
Khabib’s outspoken manager Ali Abdelaziz revealed UFC boss Dana White cancelled a January fight between Nurmagomedov and Mayweather, due to take place in Saudi Arabia.
But White will be working with the veteran American, after Mayweather announced he will come out of retirement this year to link up with the UFC chief.
The promoter revealed Money could be in action by the end of the year, with McGregor adamant their rematch will take place.
