ANTHONY JOSHUA has joked he is going to buy five necklaces worth £1.1million each after trying on a piece of jewellery named the ‘champion of diamonds’.
The 30-year-old recorded himself on Snapchat in his friend’s luxury jewellers with the dazzling diamond around his neck.

Showing off the diamond, AJ proudly asked the jeweller how much it costs, as he said: “Tell the people about this, how much is this worth?”
To which the female employee stated: “It’s £1.1m. It’s the ‘champion of diamonds.'”
The WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion, who said he was taking his “little 16-year-old cuz” to see what “1.1million feels like” then joked he’s going to treat himself, as he quipped: “I’ll take five of these please.”
Joshua probably wouldn’t blink at the price tag after pocketing £49m from his rematch against Andy Ruiz Jr in December when he successfully managed to win back his world titles at the first time of asking.
It has also been claimed that he earned £18m from the pair’s first meeting at Madison Square Garden, with the fighter also raking in £20m from his bouts against Joseph Parker and Alexander Povetkin.
And with AJ in talks to face his IBF mandatory Kubrat Pulev, it won’t be long until the Watford man asks for ten of the diamonds.
If the boxer was to ever think about retiring in the near future, then he could try his hand at rapping after he stole the show at Garage Nation as he performed alongside So Solid Crew’s Lisa Maffia to rap 21 Seconds.
Fans were delighted by his performance at Scala in London’s King’s Cross, as one tweeted: “Definitely one of the best moments in @garagenation history.”
Another commented: “I feel like you were a rapper in your previous life.”
